Dupler Office partnered with BHDP to execute Quantum Health’s vision to create a sanctuary for its employees aka Healthcare Warriors™. It is no easy task to fight the industry status quo to help people get the care they need, when they need it, so the design goal was to use happy colors to promote a good mood. Each floor has a feature color to match their brand. There are several places to go to take a breather, mentally regroup or just be alone. Allsteel’s prefabricated glass walls combined with many different collaboration areas and meeting rooms help to deliver a vibrant employee experience.
